Liz Kelton Sheehan is an independent curator and educator currently living in New Hampshire. She holds degrees in art history and museum studies from Bowdoin College and Tufts University, and has over 10 years experience working in museums and community arts organizations including the Bates College Museum of Art, the Bowdoin College Museum of Art, the Center for Maine Contemporary Art, and the Portland Museum of Art. From 2004-2010, Sheehan was an adjunct faculty member at St. Joseph's College of Maine, where she developed and taught an online course in modern art history. In 2009 and 2010 she was an instructor for Worcester Polytechnic Institute's "Frontiers" program, teaching a two-week course on the intersection of contemporary art and science. In 2010 Sheehan served as a guest blogger for Art:21 and was admitted to ArtTable, the national organization for women in the arts.

Current exhibitions in development include furniture-based sculpture, taxonomy as an artistic practice, found photography, and artist's currencies. See links above for recent projects.
